Have been in contact with Mr. Amaiak Khalatian from Fam properties for some time as I was looking for an apartment in City Walk. Ever since the first meeting we had, it was clear for me that the standards set by Fam properties are high. No matter what I asked of them and no matter how complicated some things seemed at times. Mr. Khalatian was always there to find solutions and provide reasonable alternatives. I have to say that I have never encountered such a friendly and such a professional way of dealing with things before. I am definitely grateful for everyone at Fam properties for the level of professionalism shown when providing their services but a big and a special thanks goes to Mr. Amaiak Khalatian for all the efforts he exerted to help me find a place that I really liked.
